Moms Demand Action Founder Compares Gun Owners to Taliban [video]

On MSNBC's The Ed Show, gunophobic Moms Demand Action founder and anti-gun activist Shannon Watts compared peaceful Open Carry Texas protesters to members of the Taliban.

The Taliban's lack of respect for human rights is notorious. Just two months ago, Sushmita Banerjee, an Indian woman whose memoir chronicled her escape from the Taliban, "was killed by Taliban gunmen outside her home." She was murdered "18 years after militant leaders sentenced her to death after she refused to wear a burqa in public."

Shannon Watts' should apologize to Texas Open Carry for her extremist rhetoric and deliberate smearing of peaceful protesters who have the same right to freely assemble as the members of her anti-gun, anti-Second Amendment group.
