At a campaign event in Roanoke, VA, Barack Obama stated, "If you've got a business, you didn't build that. Someone else made that happen." I know plenty of small businesspeople who would disagree with the President's sentiment. But more importantly, I think the comment is indicative of our President's failure to grasp fundamental economic concepts. It seems he truly believes all success is given, not earned.
