Uninformed #MoralMonday Protesters Sign Petition to Slash Education Funding

The Buncombe County Young Republicans headed to the Mountain Moral Monday protest with a petition to return education funding to the levels under the last Democrat-controlled NC legislature, a move that would slash education funding by over $500 million. Unsurprisingly, they found plenty of protesters willing to support their cause, even though the NEA and "moral Monday" protesters have lambasted the GOP majority for far smaller, non-existant cuts.
