Ted Cruz Speaks about Tea Parties at Heritage Foundation

Ted Cruz, former Solicitor General for the state of Texas, touched on the Tea Parties during an appearance at the Heritage Foundation's 2010 Resource Bank.

"My favorite thing to do is to watch the mainstream media try to explain the Tea Party Movement.  ... The explanation I love is that this is an organized product of the Republican National Committee.  Now, I'm not sure there ever has been an organized project of the Republican National Committee, but if there has, this ain't it."
