Hoyer:  "To all of my friends in the press who have been assaulting me in the hallways asking if we had the votes, the answer is yes, and America and the American people won today.  This was about them, not about us.  This was not about party, but people.  This was about making sure that every American, in the phrase that we use so often, has access to quality, affordable health care, and has the assurance that they will always have that.  That's what this day and this night was about.
