Mayor Gray, MPD Hold Second Press Conference on Navy Yard Shooting [video]

Mayor Vincent Gray and the Metro Police Department held a second press conference on the Navy Yard shooting in Washington, DC at approximately 2 PM Eastern time. The mayor confirmed that at least 12 people were confirmed deceased. The investigation is ongoing. A third press conference is scheduled at 4 PM Eastern.
