Faking Tweets Is Incredibly Easy: Here's How To Do It

I was reading this article which included an image of a tweet that was, as twitchy described, "either a sick fake screen shot or a ghoul hacked Rivera’s account." Brief observation shows it's the former as the tweet's text is over 140 characters, the maximum allowed by Twitter.

To demonstrate just how easy it is to fake a tweet (and why you should always use the embed option and keep a link where possible), I took a more lighthearted approach:
