Businessman Buys Everything in Closing K-Mart, Donates it to Charity

When Ranking Paynter learned his local K-Mart would be closing its doors, he leapt into action.  Paynter spent $200,000 to purchase the store's entire inventory, but instead of re-selling it for an estimated $30,000 to $40,000 profit, he donated the lot to charity and rented a building to store the items until they're needed.
